Currently in production (2010), "The Toy Box" from Director Michael Colburn of Doubt The Reality Films.  The film serves to highlight the horrors of humanity and exploitation of women and their abuse in our society with special emphasis on the victims while depicting the "True Life. Real Evil" of the REAL serial killer...David Parker Ray  .

Film Synopsis:  An American serial killer suspected by police to have murdered as many as 60 people; David tortured and presumably killed his victims in a $100,000 torture chamber... THE TOY BOX.  Based upon the book "Cries in the Desert" by world renowned author: John Glatt.

The Black Light District has been consulting with a group of local entreprenuers in the development of a National Brand for their transportation and logistics firm.  The new re-image campaign should begin in 2010.
